TSR Legal is pleased to be working with a growing conveyancing firm, based in Cardiff, who are looking for a residential conveyancer to join its successful conveyancing department this position offers the chance to join a forward-thinking legal department, where the balance between professional growth and personal life is highly valued.

Role:
The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a diverse conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or an experienced Paralegal with a focus on residential property.
- A minimum of 2 years experience managing a caseload of conveyancing files independently.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain legal jargon in clear, understandable terms.
- Strong organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively.
