TSR Legal have fantastic opportunity to join a multi office practice with offices in Monmouth. The firm are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy Private Client department.

We are seeking a candidate who is looking to develop their career within an already established firm and progress into a leadership position as Head of Private Client after a given period.

Duties include:

  • Manage a mixed caseload that includes wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Independently managing own caseload of private client matters
  • Responsible for providing high quality, timely, professional advice.
  • Visiting clients in their own environment
  • Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the team

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor 3+ or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Prior experience working in a busy Private Client department
  • Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needs
  • Working knowledge of case management systems
