Sales Progressor - Loughton based

Do you come from a sales / sales progression background? Organised, motivated, and a great team player? Our client is seeking a skilled sales progressor with residential property awareness, to join their dynamic team in their Loughton office. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills and allows exposure to the variety of departments the world of real estate allows access to!

Who you will work for:

Our client is a well-known name in the New Homes sector, producing award-winning homes. With a portfolio covering conversions, new homes, and restoration projects, they cover properties from bold city centre apartments through to traditional large village homes.

Who you will be:

  • Highly organised, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in sales / sales progression.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical, self-motivated team player.

What you will do:

As a sales progressor, you will play a central role in the sale of a property, from start to finish:

  • Progress sales from subject to contract through to exchange and completion.
  • Work closely with the wider sales team, drafting contracts, email coordination, telephone inquiries, etc.
  • Work to meet tight deadlines, providing diary management where needed, assisting with sales information and documentation.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team when needed, researching, analysing, and providing market research on property sales for comparibles.

What the job offers:

  • 9month contract (may be extended), Monday to Friday with 1 day from home.
  • £32-37000 salary per annum.
  • Opportunity to make bonus
