Have you got experience in Sales Progression for property or new build homes?

Looking for a role that will support you financially before securing a permanent position?

Are you interested in working for regeneration and new build properties, for one of the most highly esteemed house builders in the UK?

• £32 - 35k salary, dependent on experience. Paid as an hourly rate (holiday, NI and tax contributions on top).
• Flexible working (4 days in office, 1 day at home).

• Opportunity to progress. This role can go temp to perm, and has done for several previous contractors who are now in promoted positions.

As New Homes Sales Progressor you will:

• Engage with solicitors, vendors, and buyers, keeping on top of the sales process.
• Keep the system updated with progression, with sound IT skills.
• Provide a point of contact for residents over the phone, with great telephone manner.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5pm

Location: Loughton

You will need:

• Previous experience in sales progression OR knowledge of property sales
• Strong organisation and diary management.
• The ability to start ASAP.
