Sales Negotiator - Preston

A Housing Association have a brand new site selling Shared Ownership properties in Preston

Shared Ownership experience is essential in order to be successful in this role & candidates will also be presentable & able to deliver excellent customer service on all levels, please see below day to day duties:

  • Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
  • Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
  • General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
  • Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
  • Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
  • Ensuring that customers are eligible to use the Shared Ownership Scheme
  • Chasing sales leads
  • Responding to enquiries
