We are currently seeking a talented and driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join the team at a prestigious development nestled within 413 acres of picturesque English countryside. Located in North London, this development offers an exquisite blend of history, luxury, and modern convenience. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing the collection of beautiful homes to prospective buyers and guiding them through the home buying process.

Your responsibilities as the New Homes Sales Consultant will include the following:

• Conducting tours of the development and showcasing the unique features and amenities of each home.
• Building relationships with potential buyers and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Assisting buyers with selecting the perfect home to meet their needs and preferences.
• Providing information on financing options, upgrades, and available incentives to facilitate the sales process.
• Managing contracts and paperwork to ensure a smooth and seamless closing process.

The New Homes Sales Consultant will be rewarded the following:

• £25,000 - 30,000 basic plus commission
• £50,000 OTE

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
