My client's development embodies the essence of urban living, offering a seamless blend of style, sustainability, and convenience. Located in the heart of East London.

They are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to be based on the launch of this new site, guide buyers through the entire process and help manage the development.

Responsibilities:

  • Off plan sales of the development.
  • Engage with prospective buyers in a welcoming and informative manner, guiding them through the home purchasing process.
  • Full progression of all sales.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their lifestyle needs and preferences to match them with the perfect home.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to execute creative sales initiatives and promotional events that drive interest and traffic to our development.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in networking events, open houses, and community outreach efforts to promote our development and expand our client base.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales is essential, with a passion for new homes or residential property development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • A genuine interest in sustainable living, architecture, and urban design.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
