• Provide personalised guidance and exceptional customer service to potential buyers throughout the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with their dream home.
• Collaborate with the development team to stay updated on project details, pricing, and options.
• Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of each home.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in new home sales or luxury property is essential.
• Experience selling off plan.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of the local area and market is necessary
