New Homes Sales Advisor

Do you work in the New Homes Sector? Or do you work as an Estate Agent looking to come into New Homes? If yes, this could be the right opportunity for you!

Our clients a well respected agency have acquired a site in the Gainsborough area and seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to join their site!

Working Days:

• Thursday - Monday

Salary/Package:

• Basic Salary of £25,000
• Up to £40,000 OTE
• Ongoing training and support

Requirements for the role of a New Homes Sales Advisor:

• Previous experience in New Homes is ideal however will consider an applicant with a Property background
• Hard-working and results-driven individual
• Excellent ability to build rapport
• Motivated to exceed targets
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs

Responsibilities included in the role of a New Homes Sales Advisor:

• Register client details
• Book and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
• Working part of a team
• General admin
