Are you an experienced and dynamic New Homes professional looking for a rewarding opportunity working for an established developer? My client is seeking a talented New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team and drive the success of their residential projects.

Responsibilities:
- Showcase our portfolio of new homes to prospective buyers.
- Provide personalised guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in new home sales.
- Ability to confidently sell off plan.
- Experience selling to investors and an international market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Extensive technology experience.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools preferred.
