Join my client a leading New Homes developer specialising in countryside living. They are seeking a passionate New Homes Sales Consultant to showcase their charming rural properties, and guide buyers to secure their dream home.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce prospective buyers to our picturesque countryside homes.
  • Tailor home presentations to highlight the unique rural lifestyle.
  • Assist buyers in understanding financing options and incentives.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in New Homes is essential.
  • Experience selling off-plan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for countryside living and rural communities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends is beneficial.
