Position: New Homes Advisor
Location: North Oxford (OX2)
Salary: £30k+ per annum (+ strong bonus structure)
Hours: Monday - Friday (Saturdays on rota and occasional events)

The Opportunity?

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-known independent business with large modern offices in North Oxford, who are looking to recruit a New Homes Advisor to join their reputable and award-winning team.??

As New Homes Advisor, you will be responsible for working closely with their internal creative agency, developers and fellow property businesses across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas to deliver a truly unique service from start to finish. Day-to-day, this role will involve managing the process from the point of onboarding through to working with creative teams on marketing briefs, sourcing buyers and hosting viewings but also VIP launch events, keeping on top of databases and internal systems and also assisting with the completion of contractual paperwork too.

The successful New Homes Advisor will be innovative with their ideas but also driven to build the client base and provide an outstanding level of customer service in line with brand guidelines. Whilst you will work on several individual projects bespoke to your clients, it is important that you collaborate with internal teams to deliver a great overall experience.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates within the property market, who really love working directly with clientsto build a long-term career within a successful team, but also super ambitious to do more than 'another estate agency’ job.

Requirements?

  • Full UK driving licence?

  • Experience of working within property/estate agency would be preferred with a real passion for pushing yourself and being creative to deliver an ever-improving end- product/service

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects

  • A strong communicator with the confidence to engage directly with B2B clients and collaborate closely with their creative agency

  • A desire to continue to learn and develop in order to build a long term career within our client??
