The department is growing and the recruitment is due to increased instructions. A good quality and varied workload is on offer ranging from buying and selling of local businesses/SME's, acting for Landlords on leases renewals etc.

The Directors are happy to consider a range of PQE from 2 PQE to senior level.

The role is ideally full time, they are open to consider experienced commercial property solicitors seeking a reduced working week. The role would largely be office based but they can offer some scope for flexible working.
