The Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an outstanding Commercial Property team to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of Commercial Property.

Responsibilities: Involves working across diverse sectors, dealing with acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, licenses, property development, portfolio management, and construction matters.


The firm is recognised across the country as a highly successful law firm with a strong reputation built on genuine client relationships and their exceptional people. This position has arisen due to consistent growth.

About you

  • Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 10+PQE
  • Commercial awareness is advantageous
  • Aspirations to mentor junior members of the team and aid in their development
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
