Owing to significant growth in the Commercial Property Management sector over the past two years our client is looking for a dynamic hunter to develop drainage solutions for new clients.

Position Overview:

As the Business Development Manager for Commercial M&E and FM, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals within these sectors. Working closely with our Client Relationship Team and leveraging the expertise of their state of the art drainage propositions, and you will provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strategic plan outlining short-, medium-, and long-term goals for the new Business Development M&E department.

Articulate the value proposition of services across all three business units to existing clients and prospects, fostering account development.

Conduct regular client meetings, diligently updating CRM with all interactions and focusing on closing deals.

Identify expansion opportunities within existing and new customers in the M&E and FM markets.

Set clear KPIs to measure success and devise tactics for achieving them, including cross-selling and upselling techniques.

Provide leadership in department growth and development, outlining success metrics and expansion strategies.

Collaborate with the Client Relationship Team to optimize client engagement and retention strategies.

Utilize performance metrics and industry insights to drive decision-making and results.

Secure new framework agreements and contracts, negotiating terms and conditions for mutual benefit.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record in business development, account management, and portfolio growth.

Strong understanding of the M&E and FM sectors, with established networks and relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn posting.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.

Experience in setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets and KPIs.
Proficiency in time management and task prioritization.

Motivated self-starter passionate about driving growth and delivering results.
Previous experience in handling tendered works and framework agreements preferred.
