Description

  • Co-ordinate and manage new business enquiries
  • Support administrative duties of the Secretarial & Business Support department
  • Maintain and organise departmental records
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in the development of client relationships
  • Implement strategies to increase efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
  • Contribute to team efforts and organisational goals

Profile

A successful New Business Co-Ordinator should have:

  • Strong background in administration.
  • Excellent organisation and an ability to prioritise tasks
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software including Excel
