Position Available: Technical Conveyancer – New Build
Location: Altrincham (Hybrid)

A well-established law firm in Altrincham is currently seeking a Technical Conveyancer specializing in New Build transactions to join their dynamic team.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified to Solicitor, CLC, or CILEX level.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a conveyancer managing complex caseloads independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly review Property Titles to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Draft comprehensive reports on Title for clients, summarizing property details and explaining rights and reservations.
  • Proactively raise and address enquiries on Titles to resolve any missing information or defects.
  • Manage communication and negotiation with counterparties to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support team objectives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in new build conveyancing transactions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes, particularly in relation to new build properties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate review of complex property titles.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for professional interaction with clients and counterparties.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
