New Build Mortgage Manager

The New Build Mortgage Manager Role

As the New Build Mortgage Manager, you'll responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the New Build Team. Grow the overall New Build business by nurturing existing relationships and winning new business.

• Devise & achieve realistic performance targets and KPIs as agreed with Commercial Director
• Assist in the development and implementation of Marketing and Promotional activity
• Increase the level of new build referrals through existing and new relationships with house builders
• Ensure builders get the service and information they need within a timely manner
• Monitor and provide reports on market intelligence to the team and builder partners
• Provide support to house builder during promotional / launch activity
• Monitor and track where every client is in their journey from initial enquiry through to completion
• Visit developments to build relationship with teams on site
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the New Build Team
• Set team and individual objectives and targets and review regularly
• Hold regular 121s to review against performance objectives, KPIs, core competencies and training plans
• Devise individual training plans with the team based on identified training needs
• Hold regular Team meetings to create action plans that will drive new business
• Create a 5-year strategy for the New Build department including business projections and long- term department infrastructure goals
• Be a support for the team during peak busy periods and when required
• Support the wider Management Team in all other aspects of growing the business where required

The New Build Mortgage Manager Package

• Employed: £30k
• OTE £55k

Desired skills and experience

• Have sound knowledge and understanding on new build related processes and schemes
• Experience Managing and leading a Mortgage Team
• Ability to drive performance and continued improvements of the team
• Able to build lasting relationships with key accounts and partners
• Experience developing and completing business plans and strategies
• Be CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
