Job Description

We have a rare opportunity for an Experienced Mortgage Advisor to support our highly exclusive Hamptons brand with their new build proposition. OTE: £80,000

The ideal candidate will need to live in London or the Home Counties as they will be required to travel into our London and Home Counties Offices.

Our advisors provide advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and are able to assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. In addition our advisors are to assist clients with specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release and commercial.

The right candidate will
  • Hold full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Have experience with supporting clients with new build purchases.
  • Ideally 2 years active broker experience.
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service.
  • A drive and enthusiasm to succeed.

  • Competitive salary, uncapped commission (realistic OTE £80k+), with the opportunity of an annual bonus based on performance.
