TSR Legal have a rare and exciting opening for a commercial property senior associate or existing partner to join a leading law firm with offices across the South West. Suitable candidates will have 10 plus years commercial property experience.

This position will also be regional head of the property department so evidence of team leading, networking and operational skills is highly desirable.

Chance to join a busy team offering the chance to take a senior role. Suitable for existing partners or Senior Associate Solicitors looking for a promotion.

Working collaboratively with the leadership team, you will have significant influence in strategic decision making for the region and a voice in the direction of the firm. Therefore, this opportunity would suit a Partner who is looking to take a more strategic role and make an impact.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with an established reputation
  • Be willing to get involved in commercial and strategic decision making
  • Comfortable working collaboratively cross-office with other Partners
  • Have the drive and ambition

Salary is in the region of £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits
