Network Manager

Full time / permanent 9am-5pm

Salary negotiable DOE

We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join us in the role of Network Manager; this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the motor insurance industry. To be successful you will need the drive required to meet and exceed expectations, build internal and external relationships and deliver service excellence.

Basic Purpose and Function

  • To manage a region/area of Approved Motor Repair Networks, to ensure contractual compliance and relationships are maintained, ensuring correct level of repair capability, service and capacity within the Motor Repair Network

Key Tasks

  • To keep abreast of the motor repair industry and vehicle repair market conditions on a regular basis.
  • To maintain a high level of knowledge of the repair capacity within your allocated region, developing meaningful relationships with suppliers and motor repairers.
  • To ensure adequate Motor repair coverage is maintained in your allocated region to meet the requirements of the business and clients.
  • To ensure adherence to contractual compliance of the approved repairers in your allocated region to ensure the correct levels of repair capabilities are maintained.
  • To carry out remote and physical audits of the motor repairers within your allocated region and produce audit reports with any required remedial action plans, to ensure compliance, capability, capacity and quality requirements are being maintained.
  • To manage the performance of your allocated repairers using performance management MI and performance analytics across a set of business KPI’s.
  • To manage and support he resolution of escalated issues and complaints within your region, using problem-solving techniques and RCA to ensure they are resolved to the required outcome.
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with internal colleagues and demonstrate high levels of engagements within the business.
  • The ability to create and effectively plan your workload around business priorities.
  • The ability to produce and analysis performance data to effectively produce motor repair mi and implement performance action plans.
  • The ability to understand repair industry finance systems and ensure payments are being correctly submitted and paid in a timely manner.
  • The ability to identify and manage key risks with motor repairers within your allocated regions and produce and implement action plans to mitigate any key risks identified.
  • The ability to work remotely and maintain a team focus.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

  • Educated to GCSE Level
  • 3 - 5 Years’ Experience working in a similar role
  • MIMI or IAEA or equivalent
  • Good level of motor repair industry knowledge.
