We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Estates Caretaker to join our team. As an Estates Caretaker at Together Housing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our estates.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine inspections of the estate to identify and report any issues or repairs needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the estate, including communal areas, gardens, and walkways.
  • Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing fences, clearing drains, and replacing light bulbs.
  • Respond to residents' enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a housing or property management setting.
  • Good practical skills for carrying out basic maintenance and repairs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to estate management.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
