You will be working for a large housing organisation based in Staffordshire as a Neighbourhood officer.
Your new role
As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will provide an effective, efficient and customer-focussed neighbourhood management service across Staffordshire. You will ensure that performance standards and targets are achieved in relation to tenancy and estate management, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and to monitor and report on that performance.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience and knowledge of housing legislation and best practice regarding Estate Management, Grounds Maintenance and/or Fire Risk Assessments/Block Inspections issues specifically enforcement action
  • Ability to think ahead and be proactive on behalf of customers and the organisation
  • Experience of administration in a housing environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
  • You will be required to work across our Group offices within Staffordshire, therefore you will need a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to use for work purposes.

What you'll get in return
This is a six month contract working as a temp via Hays. The equivalent salary is £33,000. The working hours are 37 per week.
