Role Overview: As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you'll be responsible for managing a designated patch area, ensuring the smooth running of tenancy and leasehold management processes. Your role will involve addressing tenancy fraud, anti-social behavior, and safeguarding issues with empathy and efficiency. Additionally, you'll oversee property management tasks such as facilities management, communal inspections, and service charges.
