EXPERIENCED NEC HOUSING TRAINER REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!

- 2 days per week on site- London Office
- Inside IR35
- Rate up to £475 umbrella

Must have experience in delivering training for the following modules: Rents and Arrears, Repairs, Voids, Housing Advice, Placements, Allocations, PSL, Tenancy Management, Planned Maintenance, Mutual Exchange, Property Purchase, Service Charges, Lettings.

Essential Experience:
· Previous delivery for training in NEC Housing
· Experience of classroom and virtual training
· In depth experience of using MS teams
· Support for end users - dealing with ServiceNow requests
· Planning training dates, venues, user management
· Training needs analysis and session design
· Producing Course outlines
