This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join a leading building services consultancy in their new offices in Birmingham.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out non-domestic EPC's via SBEM and Design Building modelling software
  • Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
  • Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
  • Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency

Requirements for this role will include:

  • NDEA Level 4 accreditation with Level being desirable
  • Relevant experience within a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor role
  • IES-VE and Design Builder software experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Full UK Driving License
