My client has the exciting opportunity of an experienced NDEA to join their multidisciplined building services consultancy in their offices in North Fleet.

Role Responsibilities include:

• Issue Energy Performance Certificates and complete written reports
• Complete property condition inspections and audits
• Be organised with general administration
• Build and develop long lasting client relationships

Role requirements include:

• NDEA Level 4 certification with Level 5 being desirable
• Experience with software's such as IES
• Relevant experience within a NDEA role, with demonstratable experience generating EPC's and energy statements
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Brilliant time management and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and willing to travel to sites
