NCS & Customer Services Officer (Mobile)

We are currently hiring for the NCS and Customer Services Officer positions across various site locations in Wembley/Greenwich, Luton, and Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate for this role should be mobile and willing to travel to different sites as indicated.

(MUST HAVE: Level 3 or above IAG Qualification for our National Career Services)

Full & Part-Time positions available, between 20hrs -37.5hrs per week (Considered & Negotiable)

Salary Range: £23k-£26k (Pro-Rata, Experience & Qualifications Dependent)

Our Website is currently under re-construction and will be Re-Launching at the end of March 2024

Company Opening Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 9.00AM to 8.00PM (at some locations)
  • Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM (all locations)
  • Saturdays & Sundays (Prior Agreement)

Community Systems (NL) Ltd is a Government-Funded Training Provider with over 35 years of experience within the industry. Historically, we have delivered in London & The Southcoast. At present, we predominantly deliver in: Wembley/Greenwich & Luton covering the following Courses:

  • Adult Careers & Guidance (NCS) National Careers & Guidance
  • Adult Wellbeing & Confidence (Mind/Body & Health)
  • ESOL (Pre-Entry)
  • ESOL Entry Levels 1,2 & 3 (C&G Qualifications)
  • Math’s & Budgeting/Living with Numbers (C&G Qualifications)
  • Basic Skills, Reading, Writing (C&G Qualifications)
  • Employment Prep & Pastoral Care

Our Role (supported & funded by the government) is to look after people who need support finding their way through their English-speaking journey, life in general, and, most importantly, their well-being. We are fully Accredited by City & Guilds, the Government Office, Cyber Essentials, Ofsted & MATRIX!

Alongside our traditional classroom training/coaching, we also deliver our services outside in the fresh air in line with our well-being beliefs. We believe and encourage our learners/customers to invest in their life and health—mentally and physically—and know that outside learning is truly beneficial to everyone, as well as classroom-based learning, while belonging to a team.

We are currently seeking a Level 3 or above IAG & Customer Services Officer to join our vibrant team as a Mobile Officer. You will be conducting 1-2-1 IAG Sessions at our training centers (Wembley/Greenwich & Luton) while also attending our local Job Centre Plus Sites for pre-booked interviews/sessions. On average, you will spend 2 days a week at your base site (to be agreed) and 3 days split between JCP/Local CS Sites.

We would like you to have a warm personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a love for dealing with people on a 1-2-1 and group basis, while showing empathy and building rapport with our team members and customers/clients. All underpinned by being well-organized, having good IT skills, an eye for detail, proficiency in administration, and data activities. You should be able to use your own initiative while also knowing when to ask for help!
