National Senior VAT Manager - Accountancy Practice

Our client is a leading accountancy firm national audit, tax, advisory and risk firm, an opportunity has arisen for an experience UK VAT specialist who will enjoy a varied role working across corporate clients.

Location: National

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Varied client portfolio
  • Advise on Corporate VAT matters
  • Provide VAT technical support to other service lines such as outsourced tax & accounting services business
  • Manage 1 junior member of staff

There is the opportunity to progress to director and partnership subject to business case.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified (Essential)
  • Previous experience in managerial role
  • People development & leadership experience
