Futures are excited to be working with well-established cosmetics business with a portfolio of organic, natural and vegan products! This business has launched exciting NPD over the years and have impressive growth plans in the pipeline.

Due to growth, they are expanding and hiring for an experienced National Account Manager, with a strong background managing key Ecommerce accounts as well as driving new business.

As a National Account Manager, You Will ...

  • Oversee key Marketplace and Pure Play accounts
  • Acquisition of new Marketplace/Online platforms globally
  • Full management of P&L, profit targets and budgets
  • Work alongside Trade Marketing and Shopper Marketing to create brand and trade plans
  • Agency management and ability to scout out new agencies
  • Drive the EU and US expansion, to include the integration of new suppliers

Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required as a National Account Manager:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within Ecommerce, ideally managing beauty e-retail customers
  • Experience within the health & beauty or FMCG space
  • Passion for health & beauty and sustainability
  • Understanding of the integration process of new suppliers, specifically International
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Go-getter and, ability to work autonomously
