My well-established client is looking for a National Account Executive to support the National Account Manager on day-to-day tasks providing information as required. This is an incredible opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious candidate to contribute to the growth and drive of the business and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with customers to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
• Improve customer satisfaction levels by documenting, investigating, and resolving customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and set up new accounts.
• Process orders and prepare KPI reports.
• Plan, organise, support, attend and deliver both customer and supplier visits.

Requirements

• Driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience desirable.
• Previous sales or sales support experience.
