Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Secondary Music Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will inspire and engage students in their musical journey, fostering a love for music and encouraging creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum.
  • Develop students’ musical skills, knowledge, and appreciation through engaging activities.
  • Organize and lead extracurricular music clubs, ensembles, and performances.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning experiences.
  • Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support their development.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Relevant degree in Music Education or a related field.
  • Experience teaching music at the secondary level.
  • Passion for music education and a commitment to student success.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
