Salary: £29,000 per annum

Are you a Multiskilled Engineer with a Plumbing bias who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling different projects on a day to day basis?

Randstad CPE Facilities Management division are working with a well-renowned facilities management company, who are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Engineer who has experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within existing Facilities Management contracts.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• NVQ/City and Guilds certification in plumbing or joinery
• Demonstrated experience in maintenance within the hospitality/retail sector

Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, your daily responsibilities encompass:

• Installing doors to maintain safety and aesthetic standards
• Promptly resolving issues with leaky taps to ensure smooth operations
• Repairing sinks to uphold hygiene standards
• Executing general maintenance tasks to ensure functionality of spaces
• Primarily addressing immediate issues through reactive maintenance
