Multiskilled Labourer & Trainee Builder - Basingstoke, Hampshire

We are a family run specialist builder, based in Basingstoke and covering the North Hampshire area, with decades of specialist expertise in full project management of building work, new one-off bespoke properties, home extensions, garage conversions, garden rooms, structural alterations, kitchen installations, home refurbishments and landscaping.

We always have a pipeline of exciting projects and as a business we want to grow our multi skilled building team. As such we are on the look for a Multiskilled Labourer & Trainee Builder to join our business ASAP.

You will be working alongside seasoned professional tradespeople with decades of expertise in groundworks, bricklaying, structural steel installation, carpentry, plumbing and electrical installation.

Multiskilled Labourer & Trainee Builder Responsibilities:

Assist with the smooth running of projects.

Carry out tasks under the supervision of one of our highly skilled tradespeople.

To leave a safe, clean and tidy environment once works are completed.

To follow established Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procedures.

Follow appropriate handling techniques for manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.

Follow safety and environmental practices.

Undertake other reasonable ad-hoc tasks and duties as and when required.

Multiskilled Labourer & Trainee Builder Candidate Requirements:

Good interpersonal skills

Ideally possess four graded GCSEs included Maths and English

A reliable and dependable nature

Attention to detail and an ability to work safely to deadlines

Full UK Driving Licence and own transport is essential
