Your new company
A large public sector client in Sheffield is looking for a Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be based in one location and part of a 2/3 person team on the site. The larger estates portfolio will consist of around 8 operatives including joiners, mechanical, electrical and multiskilled engineers.
Full time role- Monday to Friday, 8-4
Salary: £30k-£35k dependent on experience
* All work based on 1 site in Sheffield
* 38 paid days leave per annum
* Very attractive pension scheme
* 35 working hours per week

Your new role
All aspects of general building maintenance (joinery, plastering, painting, tiling, basic plumbing etc.)
Fire door inspections
· PPM's· Remedials
· Reactive repairs
· Inspections of installs

What you'll need to succeed
Must have a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery
Experience in a hard FM/commercial maintenance role
Fire doors training and/or experience
BMS training is a bonus but not essential
Driving license preferred
