The Multimedia Learning Designer will work as part of a talented, collaborative team designing amazing learning solutions and supporting collateral, and help bring their ideas to life with rich and engaging graphics, concise and engaging UX design, fantastic animations and more!
On any given day you could be tasked with designing an infographic, transforming a set of slides into a beautiful piece of learning material or even asked to create an animated video from a script that turns dusty content into cutting edge and engaging learning.

We work with such a fantastic range of clients across various sectors from Retail to Travel, Pharma to Utility Providers and Government Sectors to Financial Services.
If you are an existing Multimedia Learning Designer who's looking to really make a mark and help elevate our learning materials to another level for clients all around the world, then this is the role for you.

You will:
- Use the full Adobe Creative suite to bring to life our learning consulting teams concepts
- Create templates for our digital modules, using great UI design to ensure the best user experience
- Work with a range of different client brand guidelines to ensure all our solutions fit seamlessly within their internal platforms
- Work with the human-led team to create engaging presentation slides to be used virtually or in person.
- Create bespoke graphics from characters to icons
- Produce slick animations to inspire and engage our learners.
- Produce engaging interactive PDFs
- Produce visually stunning infographics to help convey sometimes complicated steps and process in a clear, concise way.
- Create brilliant and creative visual themes for our solutions that would run throughout all materials for the project.
- Work in a team to produce award-winning programmes that hit the mark for various levels of employees
- Keep up to date with industry developments by reading blogs, attending events, joining webinars etc.
- You will be responsible for the research and design of highly effective learning
- Apply tested design theories, practice and methods.
- Exceptional graphic design skills
- Solid experience in UI/UX design
- A degree or appropriate qualification in your profession is an advantage
- At least 5 years' experience in multimedia design
- Strong video and animation skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere
- Experience in creating interactive PDFs using Adobe InDesign
- Character animation using Character Animator
- Strong graphic skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and manipulate images and vectors.
- Experience in developing e-learning in a creative environment (Articulate Storyline or Rise) would be advantageous
- Experience in working in working in L&D is a must
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is essential
- Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas both internally and for our client's
- Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills

- Ability to be flexible and adapt
- Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
