Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire

Salary: £27,347 - £38,101 per annum, Academic Grade 4 - 13 (Dependant on skills, qualifications & experience)

Job Type: Full – Time, Permanent (37 Hours PW, 52 Weeks)

Multi-Trade Lecturer – The Role:

As a Multi-Trade Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students enrolled in various trade-related programs. Your expertise will encompass a range of trades, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, and plastering.

You will inspire and guide students through theoretical knowledge and practical skills, preparing them for successful careers in the construction industry.

Multi-Trade Lecturer – Key Responsibilities:

- To develop and deliver engaging curriculum content aligned with industry standards

- To plan and conduct practical workshops, demonstrations, and assessments

- To provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience and skills development

- To foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success and wellbeing

- To stay updated with advancements in trade practices, technologies, and health & safety regulations

Multi-Trade Lecturer – You:

- Relevant qualifications or skills and experience in trades such as paint, carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying or plastering at level 2 or above

- Previous teaching experience or a willingness to undergo training in teaching and assessment

strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in education

- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
