Your new companyWe are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Multi Trader to join our clients' team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance on a campus site near Bedford. You will be providing crucial maintenance to around 200 occupied and vacant homes all located within 5 miles from each other. The role requires that you are able to assist on a Call-out Rota. You will be provided with a company van and a fuel card which you can take home.

Your new role- Carry out Multi Trade maintenance assignments across a range of trades including but not limited to:-- Basic Plumbing, Drainage, Blockages, Taps, washers etc - Carpentry, Skirting, Architraves, changing locks - Painting & Decorating- Patch Plastering- Work closely with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure that all necessary repairs are carried out effectively and efficiently.- Be available on an on-call rota- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed- Proven experience in multi-trade repairs.- NVQ or City and Guilds in any given trade. - Experience working in housing, occupied and voids.- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Full UK driving licence.
