Job Title: Carpenter

Location: Essex

Role Type: Permanent Role

We're on the lookout for a talented Carpenter to join a leading maintenance company to maintain housing association properties throughout the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking carpentry repairs for both occupied and void properties. As well as undertaking other minor works such as remedial plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving licence held for at least 12 months
  • Hold a relevant City and Guilds qualification or equivalent In Carpentry
  • Experience within Social housing and maintenance

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum.
  • company van and fuel card provided.
