Our client is looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson (Plumbing or Carpentry) to join their team to ensure they deliver an excellent repairs service to both internal and external customers; meeting their high expectations during every interaction and communicating effectively with customers at all times.

The role

Working as part of their friendly team, you will be fully responsible for all repairs within tenanted or empty properties with an aim of completing a sustainable quality repair to a high standard.

You will carry out all your duties in line with Health and Safety Regulations whilst adhering to the Safe Systems of Work specified in their safety policy and procedures. It is important that you listen and understand the needs of the customer, effectively communicate with them and ensure they receive an excellent service.

About you

You will have proven experience and skills of working as a multi-skilled tradesperson, across multiple trade areas along with demonstrable experience in a base trade of Plumbing or Carpentry.

An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry or equivalent qualification would be desirable.

You will need to have a working knowledge of health and safety and the ability to use / learn mobile software.

Applicants must also have a clean driver's licence and their own trade tools.
