Your new company
You'll be working for a family-owned private construction, development, and property services company in the UK, working alongside their high-performing maintenance team.
Your new role
You will be working on a responsive maintenance contract for an already existing social housing provider, covering the areas of Southport, Ormskirk, Burscough and Skelmersdale, carrying out work in your core trade of plumbing.
You'll be required to carry out the following duties:

• Undertaking repair/renewal works across several trades identifying the need for other trades to undertake the repair/renewal
• Advising Supervisor in a timely manner where other trades are required
• Working in partnership with other operatives to complete projects
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
• Working in a timely and productive manner to complete a project
• Affording excellent customer service to client representatives

What you'll need to succeed
Essential:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• Experience working in social housing
• Full UK Driving Licence

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a full-time, permanent contract with a competitive annual salary of £31,000 - £33,000 along with holiday and pension benefits. You will also receive a company van and fuel card to carry out daily duties.
