Job Title: Multi-skilled Operative

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Multi-skilled Operative to work on a contract in the Devon and Cornwall area. This exciting opportunity is looking for candidates who have previous experience within social housing.

Looking for an immediate start, day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Preparing houses and businesses that have suffered from loss or damages from Fire, Water or Impact
  • Carry out full kitchen and bathroom fitting
  • Undertake full range of carpentry repairs within properties
  • Complete small basis multi tasks such as plumbing, plastering and tiling

In order to be successful for the role, the candidate must have:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds minimum in Joinery
