Location: Barnstaple and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £33,183 per annum depending on experience - plus benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Full time

The Role

The purpose of this role is to install bathrooms and wetrooms on the planned bathroom installation programme in Barnstaple and the surrounding areas.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• To be responsible for completing bathroom/wetroom installs within the allocated time and to a good standard, ensuring good communication with relevant parties.
• To plan and manage work effectively to achieve the bathroom/wetroom programme.
• To order materials for scheduled work.
• Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and key stakeholders to support the delivery of the bathroom programme.

About You

• You will be looking to work for a supportive company delivering valuable services to the local community.
• You will have demonstrable experience in ripping out and installing bathroom/wetroom suites, including isolating water supplies, redirecting pipework as necessary (including in lofts) and breaking out of concrete subfloor ready to install shower area formers.
• You will have additional experience of basic carpentry, wall tiling, patch plastering and painting and decorating.
• You will have working knowledge of health & safety principles.
• You will work well in a team environment, be comfortable working independently and be supportive of others.
• Hold a full drivers licence.
