The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Machine Operator to join our client in St Helens on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is a well known manufacturing business who are looking to recruit for additional skilled operators to join them in the production areas.

Salary:
£26,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Shift Rota:
12 hour shift pattern 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00
3/4 shift per week rotating between days / nights and weekends

This rota includes a 7 day break every month and a 20 day break every 3 months

The Role:

  • To carry out first line maintenance
  • Ensure smooth running of the production lines
  • Tooling, setting, product changeovers to plan.
  • Material movement and control.
  • Problem solving
  • Process documentation
  • Manage Asset Care to plan.

The ideal candidate will have experience in first line maintenance, tool / machine setting.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 + in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • GCSE.
