Multi-Trade Operative
Coventry/Birmingham/Milton Keynes

£16.13 p/hour = £33,550.40 + overtime + call out
40 hours

Zeal Recruitment has been selected to help a well-established, national M&E company recruit for 2 Multi-Trade Operatives on a permanent basis to join their team. This role will cover the Birmingham, Coventry and Milton Keynes areas, working in residential and commercial properties- No social housing.

Your duties as a Multi-Trade Operative will include:

• Day to day repairs within Commercial and residential settings
• Kitchen & Bathroom Fitting skills essential
• Basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering
• Slabbing, fencing, roofing repairs
• Dealing with customers directly
• Working within a team where necessary

The Multi-Trade Operative will ideally have:

• Experience within Commercial & residential settings
• Kitchen & Bathroom Fitting skills essential - with supporting photos
• Experience with reactive repairs
• Proven multi-trade experience with at least 5 years’ experience working in maintenance
• High standard of working

The successful Multi-Trade Operative will be working for a large successful business from their Birmingham office, no day is the same, everyone likes to help each other, have a laugh all whilst getting the task at hand completed. You will also receive a company van and fuel card, work wear, PPE, Phone, Tablet, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and Pension contribution. You will also be on call out 1 in every 5 weeks where you will receive between £150-300 standby fee and payment from door to door.
