Calling all experienced Multi Skill Trades Painter and Decorators - can you give our client’s homes the perfect finish?

They are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join their talented and busy Responsive Repairs team and help maintain their homes in and around the Worcester, Pershore, Evesham, Bishops Cleeve area.

What could you be doing?

As part of their talented team, you will have the skills to do everything from basic maintenance through to complete refurbishment. You will be?ensuring their customer’s homes are maintained and repaired to a great finish. With a passion for detail, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative.

They want somebody who can:

A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time.

Some things they need from you:

• You will have served an apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating or obtained an equivalent City & Guilds qualification

• Additional Trade skills would be an advantage

• Extensive time served in Painting, Decorating and associated trade skills

• Good organisational skills?

• Experience of keeping jobs on track?

• Takes ownership, responsibility for their tasks and has a right first-time approach

• Works well alone but also as part of a team

• The drive to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently?whilst meeting strict deadlines

• Full UK driving Licence?

As you will be working in customers’ homes you will need a DBS check.

This role is for a team based in the following towns so you will need to live close to or in these areas: Worcester, Evesham and Bishops Cleeve.
