Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Multi-Site Hygiene Manager to join their business.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Food professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene policies, procedures, and protocols for all sites in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess hygiene practices, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to established protocols.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site hygiene teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to integrate hygiene practices seamlessly into overall operations.
* Monitor and manage hygiene-related budgets, resources, and supplies to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in hygiene management, proactively adapting strategies to maintain compliance and enhance performance.

About you:
* Experience in a manager role is essential, with experience of managing teams - 3-5 years
* Ability to manage chemical usage, maintain and manage risk assessments
* Strong customer communication skills and being present during visits
* Flexibility to cover ad-hoc weekend shifts
