We have been asked to recruit a Multi-Site Manager for a very successful high street food retail business - think coffee shops, bakeries and cafes. It will suit a current manager with dual/multi-site/holding experience looking to step up to a bigger role.

You will have full financial and operational accountability for a number of sites, and will possess strong financial and commercial acumen, excellent people management skills and drive to succeed.

A massive bonus is that the businesses are day time operations, so you will have a great work life balance.

We need you to be based in the Southwest Wiltshire area and to have a driving licence.

We are looking for a Multi-Site Manager who will show, train, coach, motivate, develop people, improve standards and drive sales.

Role - Multi-Site Manager

As the Multi-Site Manager you will:

  • Have full responsibility for a number of sites
  • Have accountability for multiple P & L accounts, budgets, costs and labour
  • Recruit, train, develop, lead, motivate and performance manage your team
  • Ensure that high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures are adhered to
  • Work with the managers to drive sales
  • Have a keen eye for detail - know what good looks like
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Work to company targets and KPIs'

Attributes - Multi-Site Manager

  • Experience as a Dual/Multi-Site Manager in high street cafes/coffee shops or bakeries
  • Very strong financial & commercial acumen - P & L accountability
  • Excellent communication, people management, leadership and coaching skills
  • A lead from the front approach and a very keen eye for detail
  • An intrinsic understanding of legislation & compliance
  • The ability to motivate and enthuse people and teams to deliver results
  • A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
  • IT literate - working with systems & process
