Multi Chanel Marketing Apprentice

Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn? Southbay Civil Engineering is seeking an enthusiastic Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join their Marketing Team.

As a self-motivated individual, you'll collaborate with various teams across the business, contributing to their marketing efforts, expanding social media presence, creating awareness of their brand and enhancing their marketing activities throughout the UK.

This role offers an exciting entry point into the world of digital marketing, with a structured career path. Upon completing Level 3, you'll have the opportunity to progress to a Marketing Degree apprenticeship, further enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Duties will include:

• Management of Social Media channels, including creating and uploading content to create awareness of and develop company.
• Conduct market research, and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Assist with the planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns across different channels including competitor analysis.
• Produce written press releases for distribution within the local and national press.
• Attendance at industry conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Organise external marketing support in the form of professional photography and media production.

Desired Skills & Qualities:

• A strong interest and passion for marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
