Job Description
Our Client based in Aldershot who are specialist technical manufacturers of bespoke rubber mouldings and custom-made rubber products are looking for Moulding Operatives to join them on full time temp-perm position. You will ideally have had some experience either as a Moulding Operative or within a Manufacturing environment controlling machinery working to specifications.
Monday-Thursday 7am-16:30 & Friday 7am - 12:00

Duties
* Running of a press machine to controlled specifications to a client order
* Daily running of designated machines
* Assisting in training new and existing operators depending on your skill set
* Reporting any faults /issues to team leaders, production supervisor
* Adhering to SWP & SQR and report any inefficiencies
* Accurate completion of all required paperwork (WIP, Pace Board, Press Control forms, Log Books etc.)
* Monitoring machinery to ensure they are kept in an operational safe and clean condition at all times. Reporting malfunctions, oil, water and air leaks to maintenance
* Problem solving and process improvements
* Have an active involvement in improvement activities to support the achievement of department objectives
* Keeping your area clean and tidy at all times
* Ensuring you are working in line with company procedures and practises
